Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made with a 25% deposit. Full payment is due at least 30 days before the tour start date. For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is required. Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellations

If a tour is canceled 15 days prior to the start date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations within 7 days, no refunds are provided. Flights to Skardu or Gilgit are weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen delays.

Traveler Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for high-altitude or remote destinations. The company will provide guides, but travelers must follow all safety guidelines.

• Health Requirements: Travelers should be informed about vaccinations or medical certifications required for some regions.
• Weather Policies: Weather conditions may affect specific tours, such as flights to Skardu or access to mountain passes like Babusar Top.
