Rakaposhi Expedition Itinerary

Rakaposhi stands as the most renowned peak in the valley, and it offers multiple routes for climbers to undertake. This majestic mountain dominates the horizon, consistently visible from the Karakoram Highway. The breathtaking panorama observed from Hunza defies adequate description, leaving all who witness it in awe. The perpetual glacier that graces Rakaposhi adds an exhilarating touch of delight to the natural splendor of Hunza.

  • Day 1: Arrive in Islamabad, transfer to hotel
  • Day 2: Briefing at the Tourism office
  • Day 3: Drive to Chilas, transfer to hotel
  • Day 4: Drive to Gilgit, transfer to hotel
  • Day 5-7: Jeep drive to Juglot village, 3-day trek to Rakaposhi Base Camp
  • Day 8-25: Climbing Rakaposhi (18 days), camping
