Latok Ogri Expedition Itinerary
A thrilling three-day trek from the village of Askole leads to the base camp of Ogre and Latok Peaks. Situated at an altitude of 4200 meters, the base camp is a picturesque expanse of lush greenery with ample freshwater sources, creating a landscape resembling a soccer field. Latok Peaks can also be accessed from the Panmah Glacier. This region boasts a cluster of awe-inspiring peaks, including Latok-I (7145m), Latok-II (7108m), Latok-III (6940m), Latok-IV (6456m), and Latok-IV SE (6450m).
- Day 1: Arrive Islamabad international airport overnight. Hotel
- Day 2: Fly to Skardu via PK-451 or Drive from Islamabad - Chilas via KKH/Naran valley (flight totally subject to weather conditions). Hotel
- Day 3: Skardu sightseeing or drive from Chilas - Skardu. Hotel
- Day 4: Skardu briefing in Ministry of Tourism & final preparation of expedition with staff. Hotel
- Day 5: Drive from Skardu - Askoli. Camping
- Day 6: Trek from Askole - Upper Jhola (Chanchikon). Camping
- Day 7: Trek from Chanchikon - Dongle Nba. Camping
- Day 8: Trek from Dongle Nba - Lamido Kpa. Camping
- Day 9: Trek from Lamido Kpa - LATOK I, LATOK II, LATOK III & LATOK IV Base Camp. Camping
- Day 10-27: CLIMBING PERIOD (17 DAYS). Camping
- Day 28: Trek down from Latok Base Camp - Lamido Kpa. Camping
- Day 29: Trek down from Lamido Kpa - Upper Jhola (Chanchikon). Camping
- Day 30: Trek down from Chanchikon - Askoli. Camping
- Day 31: Drive from Askole - Skardu. Hotel
- Day 32: Skardu de-briefing in Ministry of Tourism & final farewell dinner with staff. Hotel
- Day 33: Fly to Islamabad or drive from Skardu - Chilas (Flight totally subject to weather conditions). Hotel
- Day 34: Islamabad sightseeing or Drive from Chilas - Islamabad. Hotel
- Day 35: Fly out to your own destination (END OF OUR SERVICES). Fly Out
- Transportation:
